Perfect activity for creative folks, learn the ancient art of Shibori dyeing in this fun and relaxing Sydney workshop. In this beginner-friendly workshop, we will learn to manipulate fabrics with folds, stitches and tying techniques to achieve unique aesthetics.

Sample fabrics, and a choice of scarf, tote or cushion cover are provided. A BYO fabric is welcome too. Be sure the fabrics are cotton, linen, bamboo or silk, basically anything made of natural materials (just no synthetics or synthetic blends), and it has to be smaller than 40cm by 40cm to fit inside the dye bath.

All paticipates will take away with them a range of dyed samples, as well as the choice of item. Be ready to be fascinated by the stunning effects and simplicity of dyeing with indigo.
