Fees are non-refundable, unless negotiated for an extended illness. A small administration fee may be charged to cover credit card merchant fees. If you choose to cancel a class, we do offer you the opportunity to receive a credit or to transfer your booking. Conditions apply, see below for more details.

If you choose to cancel your enrolment or withdraw from a class, what you will receive back depends on the time you notify Artkookoo Art Studio. See our cancellation timeframes and options below:

• Cancellations up to 7 days before class commencement
  If you choose to withdraw from a course or workshop up to 7 days before its commencement, you will be charged a $25 administration fee. You may transfer the remaining value (class fee paid less administration fee) to another class or student to be used within 12 months of the date payment was received. You will not receive a refund for the course or workshop fee paid.

• Cancellations within 7 days of class commencement
  If you choose to withdraw from a course or workshop within 7 days of its commencement, you will be charged 50% of the class fee. You may transfer the remaining value (half of the value of the class fee paid) to another class or student, to be used within 12 months of the date payment was received. You will not receive a refund for the class fee paid.

• Cancellations within 2 days of class commencement
  If you cancel within 24 hours days before start date, you will not receive a refund, transfer, or credit.

We do not provide refunds for cancellations or missed holiday workshops. However, we do offer the opportunity to receive a credit or to transfer your booking. Conditions apply, please see below for more details. See our cancellation timeframes and options below:

• Cancellations on the day before the workshop date

• If you choose to withdraw from a school holiday workshop the day before its commencement, you will be charged 50% of the class fee per cancellation. The remaining workshop fee will be held in credit, and this credit must be used within 6 months.
  To avoid the cancellation fee, you may transfer the booking to another child, such as a family member or friend, at no charge. Please let us know of any transfers at the time of cancellation.

• Cancellations on the same day of the workshop date

• If you choose to withdraw from a school holiday workshop on the day of the workshop, you will not recieve any credit.
  To avoid forfeiting the fee, you may transfer the booking to another child, such as a family member or friend, at no charge. Please let us know of any transfers at the time of cancellation.

Deposit of $200 is required to secure booking date and time. Balance of the payment is due 5 days prior to the event. Due to the high demand and limited number of spaces for our classes and teachers, all bookings are final and strictly non-refundable. We are only able to reschedule your class pending you adhere to our rescheduling policy below:
- Rescheduling with more than 10 days notice will incur no additional charges.
- Rescheduling with less than 10 days notice will result in a rescheduling fee of 20% of the booking value.
- Rescheduling with less than 5 days notice will result in 100% loss of booking unless we are able to fill the slot with a booking of similar value.
If your booking is eligible to be rescheduled, you will be offered a series of dates and times to choose from. If none of the dates/times are suitable, you will be provided with studio credit with the total value of the booking. Store credit is valid for 2 years from date of purchase. It is your responsibility to redeem the credit within the given timeframe. Expired credit will not be accepted as form of payment.
Final numbers of participant will need to be shared with us 14 days prior to the event for a payment link to be created and paid 7 days prior to the event. Once the final payment has been made, we are unable to reduce the number of guests or partially refund if the guest count is reduced.

Our public group classes require a minimum number of participants to go ahead. In the unlikely event our group classes do not meet the minimum numbers, a member of our team will be in touch 24-48 hours prior to the start time to reschedule your booking.

Each student enrolled in a lesson plan is entitled to 2 missed classes per 10 classes. Written notice is required at least 2 hours prior class. Tuition of classes will be rolled over. After 2 missed classes, there are no transfers, credit, refunds or make up sessions if you miss a class or if your personal circumstances change.

Trial class for kids art class is limited to one time use per student per class. If your child is unable to attend the scheduled class, please email to us 2 days prior to reschedule. With enrolment, you have agreed to subscribe to our newsletter and receive marketing materials. See below for photography used in marketing materials. 

Our workshops will begin on time. Failure to arrive on time may result in the teacher refusing entry and you losing your booking. Failure to show up to your workshop will result in 100% loss of booking with no option to reschedule or obtaining a refund.

If you are unable to attend your workshop, you are welcome to gift your booking to a friend or family member who can take your place in the session. There is no additional cost to changing the name on the booking.

Parents (or legal guardians) must drop of, and pick-up, their child within 5 minutes before the

start of, and after the end, of each lesson time.

Artkookoo Art Studio is not responsible for the safety of children outside their class times.

If the student has an existing medical condition, allergy or disability that may affect their participation in a class, you should notify the Director, Artkookoo Art Studio at the time of enrolment.

Parents (or legal guardians) hereby authorise Artkookoo Art Studio to give first-aid treatment, or to give consent to the carrying out of any emergency medical treatment by a medical practitioner, as

and when the situation requires. All medical fees and related expenses will be borne by parents (or

legal guardians).

Photos and videos are taken during event and class of students and/or their artworks. These images and videos are used for Artkookoo Art Studio promotional purposes such as advertising, brochures, social media, editorials and website. These photos and videos will never be sold and will be used exclusively by and for Artkookoo Art Studio unless all parties agree. As a Condition of Enrolment your consent is implied. Should you not wish for us to take and use photos/videos of you, your child or your artwork, please notify us in writing.

Contact information you supply to Artkookoo Art Studio will not be disclosed outside the school without your express consent, except where required by law. We do not retain any credit card information that you may provide.

Artkookoo Art Studio will from time-to-time send mail and email to students and past students for the purpose of marketing. Should you not wish to receive mailings from Artkookoo Art Studio, please notify us that you wish to unsubscribe, and you will be removed from our mailing list or you can simply unsubscribe at the bottom on the latest email.

Parents, legal guardians and/or payers will inform Artkookoo Art Studio promptly of any changes to their personal information.

Personal information relating to parents, legal guardians, payers and/or students that have been

provided to, or collected by, Artkookoo Art Studio may be used by the Artkookoo Art Studio in accordance with the terms of its Privacy Policy, a copy of which can be downloaded.

Class fees are listed with the course details on our website. Payment of the full class fee via online credit card payment is required at the time of enrolment to secure your place. We accept Visa and Mastercard.

If you do not wish to enrol via the web, you can enrol in person at our office. We accept cash, Visa or Mastercard card, EFTPOS, and direct deposits into our bank account. Fees are inclusive of GST and tax receipts will be provided on receipt of payment.

We offer a number of discounts on fees, and these are listed below.

Early bird: Enrol and pay for a 10 week or 20 week term course by the date specified in the course description and receive a 5% discount on the course fee. This term early bird discount does not apply to weekend workshops or summer art school workshops. For birthday and private parties, when booked 2 months prior to event date, early bird offer 10% off can be applied.
Siblings: 5% discount on term fees for the second child. The early bird offer does not apply to second child. Sibling discounts do not apply to school holiday workshops, only term classes. Please call or visit to enrol and receive this discount.

Seniors/Pensioners and concession card holders: 5% discount on term courses or workshops.  Maximum discount on any one course or workshop 10%. Must quote date of birth and Senior Card number.

The following conditions apply to these discounts:

• None of the listed discounts apply to children/teen school holiday workshops.

• These discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offer or where the fee is already reduced (exemption on Pensioners and concession card holders and Seniors);

• Discounts must be requested when you enrol and pay (retrospective discounts will not be applied);

• Discounts do not apply when you are using a ‘complimentary’ or ‘prize’ Gift Certificates to enrol

• Maximum discount on any course or workshop is 10%.

• Creative Kids Vouchers are not considered a discount, this is a government funded subsidy.

Promotions and offers cannot be combined with other discounts unless stated otherwise.

Welcome to First year anniversary Guess Me ("Game"). By participating in this Game, you agree to abide by these Terms

and Conditions. Please read them carefully before participating.

2. Eligibility

2.1. Age Requirement: Participants must be 16 years of age or older.

2.2. Residency: This Game is open to residents of New South Wales, Australia, excluding where prohibited by law.

2.3. Employees and Affiliates: Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of [Your Company/Organization] are not eligible to participate.

3. How to Play

3.1. Participation: To participate, players must submit a guess and share with 3 other people through social media.

3.2. Submission Rules: All guesses must be submitted by 12am September 15th, 2024 to be considered. Late entries will not be accepted.

3.3. Game Rules: The objective of the Game is to find our the artist of the painting. Detailed rules and guidelines can be found.

4. Prizes

4.1. Prize Details: Winners will receive a fluid bear set with a blank bear and 3 colours of pouring paint. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

4.2. Winner Selection: Winners will be selected based randomly from a pool of participants.

4.3. Prize Claim: Winners will be notified via email and Facebook post. Winners must respond within 7 days to claim their prize. The prize must be picked up from our studio in Eastwood. Shipping can be arranged, and postage would be paid by the winner. 

5. Responsibilities and Restrictions

5.1. Accurate Information: Participants must provide accurate and truthful information.

5.2. Conduct: Participants agree to conduct themselves in a respectful manner. Artkookoo Art Studio reserves the right to disqualify participants for inappropriate behavior.

5.3. Technical Issues: Artkookoo Art Studio is not responsible for technical failures or any issues that prevent participation.

6. Privacy

6.1. Data Collection: By participating, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data for the purposes of this Game and in accordance with Artkookoo Art Studio’s Privacy Policy.

6.2. Data Sharing: Personal information will not be shared with third parties except as necessary to fulfill prizes and as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. No Liability: Artkookoo Art Studio is not liable for any loss or damage arising from participation in the Game, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7.2. Force Majeure: Artkookoo Art Studio is not responsible for any failure to perform due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure events.

8. General Terms

8.1. Modifications: Artkookoo Art Studio reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated Social media posts.

8.2. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from participation in the Game will be governed by the laws of New South Wales, and any legal action must be brought in [specific court].
